The carrier is positioning its latest promotion to capture customers looking for the entry-level iPhone 17e or the standard iPhone 17. While the 17e is available free of charge upon signing up for most T-Mobile plans, the standard iPhone 17 is discounted to under $100 for users who switch to the provider and bring their existing phone numbers. This lower price point is locked behind a 36-month commitment to the carrier’s premium Experience More or Experience Beyond tiers.
These higher-end plans are geared toward heavy data users, offering 4K streaming and expanded international roaming, though they carry a steeper monthly cost than basic options. Subscribers do gain access to bundled services like Apple TV+ and Netflix, which may mitigate the monthly expense. Regardless of the chosen device, T-Mobile requires customers to pay upfront for device taxes and a $35 connection fee. The iPhone 17, noted for its integration with Apple’s advanced artificial intelligence features, arrives as a significant hardware update that effectively bridges the gap between base models and the Pro series.
