Net income for the quarter reached $290 million, down from $650 million in the same period last year, though the company’s adjusted figures highlight improved performance. The express U.S. segment saw higher operating income, bolstered by increased package yields and stronger volume across its network. CEO Raj Subramaniam credited these results to successful market segment penetration and ongoing efforts to optimize infrastructure.
Following these results, the company raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to a range of $18 to $18.60 per share, up from the previous $16.90 to $18.10. Revenue growth expectations for 2026 also ticked upward to 12%. This fiscal update arrives alongside a leadership change: former AutoZone executive Jamere Jackson will assume the role of chief financial officer on November 30, replacing interim CFO Claude Russ.
