HOVERAir VERSA merges handheld gimbal and autonomous drone

Operating as a standard gimbal camera, the VERSA relies on AI-driven framing to stabilize footage and suggest optimal positioning. The system manages high-contrast and low-light environments by balancing highlights and shadows, effectively acting as a portable production assistant for solo creators. When an overhead perspective is required, the unit transitions into flight mode without the need for manual piloting or a dedicated controller.

Once airborne, the device utilizes AI tracking to follow subjects automatically. Users can access over 10 pre-programmed flight modes, including a 3D Worlds setting that captures 360-degree orbital footage to generate three-dimensional models. HOVERAir plans to launch the device on Indiegogo in mid-August. While the company has confirmed the existence of the hardware and its primary features, final pricing and comprehensive technical specifications remain undisclosed.
