CEO Tarang Amin credited the record performance to broad-based strength across the company’s entire brand portfolio. Revenue growth was fueled by robust demand in both physical retail and e-commerce channels, bolstered by the company's dominant social media presence, where it ranks as a top-searched brand on TikTok Shop. International operations proved particularly explosive, expanding by 165% as the firm begins to leverage a market where only 25% of its business currently resides.
Following these results, the company adjusted its annual revenue outlook to a range of $2 billion to $2.03 billion, up from a previous ceiling of $1.97 billion. Adjusted earnings per share are now projected to reach between $3.82 and $3.86. A strategy of reinvesting tariff refunds into pricing—specifically lowering the cost of roughly 10% of its units by $1—has helped maintain unit momentum, with management signaling high confidence in continued growth through the upcoming holiday season.
