Drime offers lifetime cloud storage with integrated workflow tools

Managing fragmented feedback across emails and disparate documents often turns version control into a secondary job. Drime aims to resolve this by consolidating file storage, document editing, and e-signature collection into a single workspace, currently available with a 2TB lifetime subscription for $149.97, half off its regular price.

The platform distinguishes itself by removing file size limits on individual uploads, allowing users to store raw photos, heavy video files, and large project archives without the need for compression. Users can sync these files across mobile and desktop devices, with the exception of Intel-based Macs, which are not currently supported by the desktop client.

Beyond storage, the service functions as a collaborative hub. It allows for password-protected links with expiration dates and provides access statistics for shared assets. For creative workflows, the system supports timestamped comments on PDFs and videos, enabling reviewers to highlight specific sections. The Essentials plan also includes built-in media editing tools and Drime Sign for secure electronic signatures. For security-conscious users, the platform hosts data within the European Union and provides an end-to-end encrypted Vault for sensitive files, which the company states is inaccessible to its own systems. The plan supports workspaces for up to 15 members and maintains a 120-day version history for file recovery.
