The company’s share of the oral medication market is expanding on a weekly basis, according to Ricks. This momentum arrives as Lilly prepares to introduce Foundayo to additional international markets in the coming months. The executive expressed confidence in the firm’s long-term trajectory within the pill segment, even as it plays catch-up in a highly competitive landscape.

To support this growth, the company officially broke ground on a $6.5 billion facility at Generation Park in Texas. Announced nearly a year ago, the site represents a significant capital commitment for the pharmaceutical giant. Construction is now underway, with the plant scheduled to reach operational status by 2030.
