Filosa, who took the helm in June 2025, emphasized a commitment to achieving mid-single-digit net revenue growth and a low-single-digit adjusted operating margin by 2026. The company’s roadmap relies on a $70 billion turnaround strategy aimed at reversing years of sliding sales and margin dilution, particularly within the North American market. Central to this effort is a pivot toward regional brand management for staples like Jeep and Ram, coupled with a push for manufacturing efficiency.
While the market reaction remains hostile, the company is targeting a transition to positive free cash flow by next year, with projections exceeding 3 billion euros in free cash flow by 2028. Filosa dismissed calls to dismantle the company’s 14-brand portfolio, instead advocating for a customer-centric approach under the banner of "freedom of choice." The company faces a steep climb to regain momentum after posting a 4.5 billion euro free cash flow loss last year, marking the firm's worst annual performance since the 2021 merger of Fiat Chrysler and PSA Groupe.
