Mike Taylor, managing director of travel, hospitality and retail at J.D. Power, noted that the general consensus among travelers points toward a more positive impression of airport operations. By focusing on the built environment, airports have managed to enhance the passenger experience even as the volume of people moving through their doors remains at historic highs.
