The device integrates with Google's Find Hub app, allowing users to monitor belongings on a map or trigger an onboard speaker when within Bluetooth range. To assist with recovery in tight spaces, the hardware utilizes Ultra-Wideband technology combined with Bluetooth Channel Sounding. Owners can share access to a single tag with up to 10 people, providing flexibility for shared household items.

Security features include proactive alerts if a user leaves an item behind or if an unrecognized tag is detected moving with them. The hardware measures less than two inches in length and weighs 0.4 ounces, maintaining a low profile for everyday carry. Beyond the individual unit price, Google offers a four-pack bundle for $99, positioning the product as a direct competitor in the growing ecosystem of Bluetooth trackers.
