By the time the weekend concluded, the film had secured $169.3 million on Friday and $101.5 million on Saturday, cementing its place as the most successful opening in Sony Pictures history.

This performance is particularly notable given the film's absence from Imax screens, which were secured by Universal’s The Odyssey. Instead, audiences gravitated toward Dolby Cinema, ScreenX, and 4DX, all of which reported unprecedented ticket sales. While its global tally of $932 million remains behind the $1.2 billion record held by Endgame, the film is currently tracking to become the fourth billion-dollar feature of 2026, trailing only Toy Story 5, Michael, and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
