Lamborghini Unveils Hybrid Urus SE as Performance Strategy Shifts

The Urus SE Performante arrives with a distinct visual overhaul, featuring a more aggressive grille and functional hood scoops that distinguish it from the current SUV lineup. Under the hood, the vehicle pairs a 4-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine with an electric motor to produce 812 horsepower and 738 foot-pounds of torque. This hybrid configuration allows the SUV to hit 0-100 kph in 3.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 312 kph.

By integrating battery-charging capabilities with traditional combustion power, Lamborghini aims to maintain the raw output expected of the brand while navigating the transition away from full electrification. The model underscores a strategic pivot toward hybrid technology as the primary engine for future performance developments.
