Regent Seven Seas Cruises is currently leading this transition toward extreme luxury. On the Seven Seas Splendor, the flagship Regent Suite commands up to $15,000 per night. Beyond its 5,100 square feet of floor space, the suite features a Steinway piano and a private wraparound deck equipped with a hot tub. The demand for such accommodations remains high; the company reported that the suite is nearly always booked, with significant interest from passengers for the ship’s upcoming 151-night global cruise scheduled for January.
Capitalizing on this momentum, the company plans to launch the Seven Seas Prestige in December. This vessel represents the line’s first new ship class in ten years and will push the ceiling for luxury pricing even higher. By setting the top-tier suite rate at $25,000 per night, Regent is testing the upper limits of consumer willingness to pay for privacy and exclusivity on the water.
