Developed in collaboration with the studio, the lineup transforms early sketches and game symbols into textured, dimensional phone cases and hardware. Rather than merely applying logos to existing products, the design team utilized translucent finishes and structural elements to mimic the game's aesthetic. Notable pieces include the Dollman Plush Set, which incorporates wearable charms from Death Stranding 2, and a custom 3D aluminum case featuring exclusive linework from artist Yoji Shinkawa.

Fans can purchase individual accessories or larger bundles, such as the Bridges and Drawbridge sets, which group themed tech components. To incentivize collectors, every order includes a randomized art card from a series of ten designs. Those who purchase the 3D Crafted Aluminum Case receive two exclusive cards, provided they act while supplies last.
