Bari Weiss will continue her leadership at CBS News, while Mark Thompson retains his position as chairman and editor-in-chief of CNN Worldwide. The streaming landscape faces a significant overhaul as Casey Bloys, currently leading HBO and Max, steps into the role of co-chair and chief content officer for the direct-to-consumer division, managing both HBO Max and Paramount+. He will share these duties with JB Perrette, formerly the head of global streaming and games at Warner Bros. Discovery.

George Cheeks transitions from his role as Paramount co-CEO to become co-chair and chief content officer of Skydance TV, a position that encompasses the company's global sports portfolio. On the operational side, Andy Gordon moves from his dual role as Paramount's chief strategy and operating officer to serve as president of the new entity, while Dennis Cinelli remains as chief financial officer. Ellison characterized the team as a group of industry veterans who prioritize the creative process and the potential of storytelling to reach global audiences.
