Despite the complete absence of authentic photos showing Parton hospitalized, the platform’s promotional mechanisms prioritized misleading content. One video displayed the singer surrounded by medical equipment against a bizarre urban backdrop, while another featured performer Jelly Roll alongside a superimposed image of Parton drifting in the clouds. These videos were bolstered by the platform’s "hype" button, which users clicked to artificially increase the content's visibility.

While three of the identified videos eventually displayed a "Made with AI" label and a brief disclaimer, a separate video concerning the singer's sister, Stella Parton, lacked any such warning. YouTube stated it is currently reviewing the content to determine if these channels violated platform policies. As of late afternoon on August 27, the videos remained accessible to the public, highlighting persistent flaws in the site's automated recommendation systems during periods of high-interest misinformation.
