The headline feature for this iteration is the battery capacity, which Marshall has pushed to over 40 hours of playtime. Charging is handled via USB-C, with 30W Power Delivery support allowing for a full recharge in under three hours, or a quick-charge burst providing seven hours of audio from just 20 minutes of power. Beyond internal power, the unit has been upgraded to an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, marking a clear step up from the IPX4 certification found on the previous generation.

Audio hardware remains centered on the company's True Stereophonic 360-degree sound architecture, utilizing a 3-inch woofer and two 1.75-inch wide-band drivers driven by a 65W amplifier. Connectivity has been modernized with Bluetooth 5.3, including support for Auracast and multipoint pairing. A notable departure from industry trends is the device's modular design; users can replace the battery, grilles, silicone sleeve, and carrying strap themselves rather than discarding the unit when parts age. The speaker is available for purchase starting August 4 through Marshall and Costco.
