The device is engineered for continuous wear, boasting a 10-day battery life and a fabric design available in seven colors, including citron gray, mauve, and black. Users can configure the unit as either a wristband or an armband, with two sizing options offered to ensure a fit for various users. All biometric data, ranging from heart rate and stress levels to Pulse Ox and skin temperature, syncs directly to the Garmin Connect app. The tracker also integrates with the Natural Cycles app to provide insights into women’s health and cycle tracking.
Garmin’s entry into this segment arrives following a surge in competition for screen-free health monitoring, previously dominated by Whoop and the Oura Ring. However, the Cirqa distinguishes itself through its business model: unlike its competitors, the device requires no subscription to unlock the full suite of health features. The Cirqa Smart Band will be available for purchase starting July 24.
